    This book came as inspiration to me. As soon as I had finished reading it I was determined to change my negative patterns of thinking and lead a more fulfilling and satisfying way of life. It made me realise that although I am already aware of these aspects of thinking, I hadn’t really taken it on board in a practical way. This book, although not as instructional as many other self-help books, instead subtly guides and provides inspiration. This I found left space for me to breathe at my own pace in my thinking. I found that the text was both concise and structured and described aspects I had always felt but was not quite sure how to express and make a part of my everyday life. Also, the size of the book is really handy! It’s now my pocket guide to the right type of thinking!
