    This book made me realize that i have been storing anger in different disguises. I read this book with an open mind to my own faults and believes. I was very surprised at the many faces of anger inside of me, as i acknowledge them one by one i could set them free. To hold on to anger takes allot out of the body. After reading this book i felt so much lighter and relieved.
