Beverly –
Not to sound cliche, but this book truly changed my life. But you have to be at a point in your life that you are ready and open for what Mike George has to say. This thin book can easily be read in a weekend but packs a lot of spiritual punch! This book changed the way I look at the stress in my life — for the better. But, again, if you are not ready and open to read what Mike George has to say, this book won’t help you along on your enlightenment path any more than reading the daily weather report will. I cannot recommend this book enough and have read it many times in the last 10 years. I just happen to see it on a shelf in a bookstore in Athens, Georgia, and bought it on a whim. I am very, very glad I did. Thank you, Mike George!
