In today’s world, we need to change our focus from “What is wrong” to “What is right” when we make this shift in our consciousness then we automatically bring new light to our very being. Gratitude lifts the spirits and when this occurs your health improves and relationship become healthier. Consequently, the vibrations around you change and you would become an inspiration to everyone.

Gratitude list

If the only prayer you said was thank you, that would be enough – Meister Eckhart OR Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance – Eckhart Tolle

Create a list of 10 things you are grateful for (write more if you feel inspired!) Mix up the list by including people, facilities, communities, causes, nature and yourself! Write down exactly what it is that you feel grateful about for each entry. Our mind is an expert at pinpointing what is missing, whereas exercises of gratitude train our mind to see the abundance that is already present.

The list is so long, it includes the challenges that have shaped me too. I appreciate the connections this year has brought. Thank this is a good start to 21.

My foremost gratitude is to my Supreme father for he found me else, can’t imagine what life would have been in this brothel.
Then I extend my gratitude to my friends, family (lokik and alokik), mother nature, and myself. Every1 together is responsible to shape me for what I am today.

I’m grateful to everything we have.
A good start to the day on the New Year: the air we breathe in, the people we are around, the animals that we have or come across, the food & clean water that we have.
We have everything we should be happy & content with ….., so much, so abundant that the list goes on & on.
    🙂
