Create a list of 10 things you are grateful for (write more if you feel inspired!) Mix up the list by including people, facilities, communities, causes, nature and yourself! Write down exactly what it is that you feel grateful about for each entry. Our mind is an expert at pinpointing what is missing, whereas exercises of gratitude train our mind to see the abundance that is already present.
