Good Wishes 

Our thoughts have power, this power can transform the vibrations in the worlds and these vibrations in turn can bring about the change required to shift any obstacle. We often live unconsciously letting these thoughts go to waste. In meditation we are consciously becoming aware of these thoughts and start using them more positively. When we do this the opportunity to serve humanity is endless.

The practice of spreading our loving feelings outwardly towards the rest of the world is central to any spiritual practice. Love and goodness are fully realised only when they are shared. Dedicating a portion of our daily meditation towards this is a great start.

Today meditate and send good wishes to the world. Once stillness has been established, direct your thoughts and feelings to the planet and all living beings in it. Then gently begin to generate wishes of wellness for all. Let it reverberate in your entire being.
